Welcome to the second edition of 'righthere'

We all know the current economic climate is very tough, and it is particularly challenging in the recruitment sector.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank our extremely loyal customers for their continued business and commitment to right4staff; we will continue to reward this loyalty by providing the highest levels of service and support. Additionally, I am delighted to report that we have seen a high number of organisations appoint right4staff as their new agency supplier and I welcome you to right4staff and thank you for placing your business with us.

At right4staff we are very fortunate to have such a tenacious, creative and loyal group of employees and in this newsletter you will read about some of the innovative initiatives we are undertaking as either an alternative solution to support your staffing needs in these challenging times, or to simply add value. We are always looking for new ways to help our customers, introducing new services and entering new sectors whilst not losing focus on our core business.

For example, by listening to our customers we have developed a range of successful new services targeted at the Aviation sector at Heathrow Airport and managed from our Hounslow branch.

We haven't restricted our thinking to the UK; we have also developed new business overseas. You will read about how we have supplied candidates on temporary and contract assignments in Turkey, Iran, Romania and Poland.

We understand that budgets are tight and so we have introduced a great new 'recession busting' offering - our Vacancy Advertising Service. For just £250 a week we will advertise your vacancy on industry leading websites, in branches and on our own website.

Being agile and responding to the needs of customers is critically important in the current climate, but it's also important to keep our own staff motivated and engaged. We have signed up to the Skills Pledge and have over 100 employees currently involved in NVQ programmes. We see investment in people as a key strategy to ensure we are in the best shape possible to take advantage of the recovery in the economy, when it comes. I hope you enjoy the newsletter.
