AN EXPERIENCED TEAM LEADER IS REQUIRED BY A LARGE LOCAL FOOD MANUFACTURER. THIS VARIED AND INTERESTING ROLE WILL INCLUDE :- MANAGING AND MOTIVATING A TEAM OF PRODUCTION WORKERS. MONITOR AND ENFORCE QUALITY, HEALTH & SAFETY AND TECHNICAL POLICIES. IDENTIFY TRAINING NEEDS AND IMPLEMENT TRAINING. PRODUCE DAILY STATISTICS ON PERFORMANCE, TARGETS ETC. MEET PERSONAL K.P.I.'s AND ENSURE THE TEAM MEET THEIRS.
YOU WILL NEED EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A SIMILAR ROLE, BE COMPUTER LITERATE AND POSSESS EXCELLENT SKILLS IN WRITTEN AND SPOKEN ENGLISH.
THE COMPANY PRODUCE 7 DAYS A WEEK AND ALL TEAMS WORK A 3 ON AND 3 OFF SHIFT SYSTEM. DAY AND NIGHT VACANCIES ARE AVAILABLE.
