Our clients require candidates with relevant experience within a similar environment. Within a sales environment candidates must be able to provide evidence of working to targets and a strong sales ability. Clients also require relevant customer service experience. Experience within a similar business service is preferred but not essential. Within Field sales roles a driving licence is required. Candidates will be tested to ascertain their data input and computer skills, benchmarked against the client's own staff. Some clients occassionally hold assessment centre days and conduct personality profiling.
