An exciting opportunity ahs arisen to work for an established and growing provider of support services for property professionals and those with property management responsibilities as a Sales & Marketing Executive. You will be focusing on new business development and will rely upon telemarketing, direct mailings and face to face meetings in order to develop new relationships with potential clients. You will also assist with the planning and implementation of specific marketing campaigns. You will have a proven track record in converting business to business sales. Be open minded, target driven and self motivated as this is very much a stand alone position. This position is permanent with a salary of £16k + bonus (OTE £20K) use of the poole car and a company mobile phone. Office hours are 9-5pm but you will be expected to travel for sales meetings & presentations so you must be flexible on the hours.
