Working within a food production factory, the role involves moving stock and materials around the manufacturing areas using hand powered trucks. Responsibilities will include ensuring all production lines are correctly supplied with stock. Movements of stock are recorded using a computerised system (SAP) and stock checks are carried out. Finished goods are correctly processed, labelled and transferred from production lines to the correct stock locations. There will be some re-packing of products involved in this position and duties may require manually lifting some loads of up to 15kg. Candidates must be numerate and literate, possess experience of working on a computer, be able to work under pressure, have the ability to organise and prioritise their workload and ideally will have had either warehouse or stock management experience. There will be an assessment and medical involved in this position pre-start.
