| Job Description : |
Provides leadership and motivation to Mini Business Teams within Operations to drive continuous improvement. Tasked with the development of skills within teams to meet company objectives for Quality, Cost Speed, Safety, People whilst ensuring all orders are produced On time In Full. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the following core competencies:- Results Focus and Accountability, Planning and Organising, Self Motivation and Drive, Excellent communication skills, Problem Solving and Analysis, Customer Focus, People Management and Motivation, Leadership, Quality Focus and Attention to Detail.
Must have essential experience in the understanding of FMCG/fresh food sector , demonstrable experience of successfully working in a targeted environment and motivating self and others to meet targets, Previous supervisory or people management experience, including conducting 1 to 1 meetings with staff.
