A manufacturing team leader is required to manage a team of 25 female operators within a production environment. You will be responsible for hitting targets which include output, efficiency and the overall production plan, dealing with bookings and output records. Good leadership skills are required along with drive and determination. You will record holiday and sickness and deal with general health & safety. Good computer skills are required for this role using MS Word, Excel and Outlook having a good understanding of in-house systems would also be advantageous. The ideal candidate will be looking for a role where they can grow and develop their skills and want to progress within a company.
