No specific training is required for generalistic industrial recruitment. General Operatives, Production Operatives and labourers need to be flexible to work a varied shift pattern. Ideally experience within a similar environment is required, although this is not essential. Candidates wil be required to have a good level of numeracy and literacy and the ability to follow direction, in order to comply with Health and Safety guidelines. Semi Skilled industrial labourer requires specific qualifications and experience, supported by certificates and references. In some instances candidates are required to have a driving licence and/or their own tools. Clients vary from small independant companies to blue chips.
