Working for part of the NHS you will be answering inbound calls on the helpdesk, logging the calls on the system, making follow up calls to monitor service levels and dispatching jobs to relevant departments. You will have an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills as well being IT literate. This position is temporary as and when required, hours are not guaranteed each week and shifts can be days, after’s, nights and weekends so you need to be flexible. The hourly pay rate is £7.40.
