Working within a small friendly call centre environment you will be responsible for taking claim calls, processing them through the system, speaking to contractors to organize work schedules and quotes, dealing with enquiries from customers and data inputting customer details. You will be dealing with mainly inbound calls but there will be some outbound calls as well. You will have strong customer service skills, an excellent telephone manner and IT skills as well as be target driver and enthusiastic. This position is temporary for around six months with the possibility of going permanent. The hours of work will be between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday and one in five Saturday’s 9-2pm.
