The Call Centre market place has grown rapidly in recent years and has created lots of opportunities both temporary and permanent. Generally, work will involve either inbound or outbound calling to gather information, generate leads and book appointments for sales staff. Some positions will involve selling a product directly on the phone e.g. Insurance and Financial Service products. Call centre work is fast paced and very target driven so previous sales and/or customer service experience is desirable along with good data entry and listening skills.
