Right4staff work in partnership with a number of the UK's top banking and insurance companies, offering long term contracts with great opportunities to develop in the sector. Most positions require at least 5 GCSEs A-C and relevant experience of an inbound call centre or service delivery environment, however many clients will consider school leavers or job changers with the right attitude. Training is provided in all roles, with some offering FSA approved qualifications at the end of a training period. Opportunities often arise to apply for permanent contracts with the client.
