The ideal candidate will have the following Specific Responsibilities:
* Reception duties * Meet and greet customers and clients * Answering the switchboard * Dealing with the post * Letter writing * Making appointments and arranging training dates * Booking accommodation – hotel rooms etc * Order processing * Dealing with all complaints and queries * Petty cash and stationery orders * Dealing with invoices and computer inputting * Ownership and a clear understanding of all of the above

* IT Literate in both Excel and Word * Experience in Sage but not essential * Excellent organisation and planning * Very professional in appearance and manner as will be meeting key personnel * Good communication skills * Attention to detail * Flexible
